We're Kristin and Tom Lanari

We’re the married duo behind Lanari Photography. Having two photographers means two different perspectives for every wedding and portrait session we photograph, giving you amazing images that will last a lifetime. We have over ten years of experience documenting weddings, and our areas of expertise (Tom excels at lighting, Kristin excels at making sure you look awesome) set us apart from the average photographers. It is a great honor to be a part of our client’s happiest memories, documenting every little moment for future generations.

We live in Appleton, Wisconsin with our two kids and a bunch of fish named after the Ninja Turtles. When you visit our house, be prepared to step on Legos.

Tom’s background in theatrical lighting design gives our night images their bold colors. Most people say they’re our specialty! We have been known to put 12 lights in one photograph. Enough lights that golf course security comes over and asks what the heck we’re doing flashing all these lights in the pitch dark.

Every wedding collection includes an engagement session and a pre-wedding planning meeting to ensure we know exactly what you’re looking for.

We excel at putting you at ease, using our arsenal of dad jokes to bring out your natural smiles and guiding you into flattering poses that showcase your personality.

We treat your images just like we treat our own personal photographs. From bringing backup equipment to every single session and wedding, to storing a copy of your images offsite in case of an emergency, we do everything in our power to make sure your once-in-a-lifetime memories are safe.
